To help keep your jewelry looking its best:

  • Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products

  • Remove jewelry before sleeping, swimming, or exercising

  • Store pieces separately to prevent tangling or scratching

  • Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear

Warranty

Gilded Sapphire offers a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering any issues related to craftsmanship or materials.

If a piece experiences a defect due to construction or materials, please reach out and we’ll be happy to assess the issue and discuss repair or replacement options where applicable. Be sure to include your order details and photos if possible.

Normal wear, accidental damage, or improper care are not covered under warranty.
