Returns & Exchanges

We accept unworn returns and/or exchanges within 7 days of when your package was delivered, with the following exceptions:
- Earrings are non-returnable.
- Custom orders and personalized pieces are non-returnable, but we will handle exchanges and alterations on an item-by-item basis.

- Include your name and order number. 
- Please pack the item carefully.
- If it arrives in a tangled mess, we will be very sad!- Returns will process in approximately 2-3 weeks.

For returns, we refund the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee.
We do not refund shipping costs.
